About Me
Phoebe O Chou is a New York-based illustrator whose vibrant illustrations feature intricate lines and convey modern love and intimate emotions. Her artwork captures the nuances of women’s emotions, influenced by her studies at the School of Visual Arts. She also holds a Master’s degree in Arts Administration from Drexel University.
Drawing inspiration from the diverse and vibrant city of New York, as well as her personal experiences and observations, Phoebe creates art that resonates with her audience.
